Da'Shawn was born and raised on New York's Lower East Side aka Alphabet City, and hales from The Lilian Wald Houses where photography was introduced to him by his Mother at the age of 7. Da'Shawn was taught to use the camera as an extension of his eyes. Da'Shawn is an avid lover of transportation, infrastructure, and architecture. This website is designed to give you a glimpse of what the world looks like through his eyes. Da’Shawn is also the proud owner of Ex-Golden Gate Transit, Ex-CARTA, Ex-Kanapolis Charter & Tours 1995 Flxible METRO E Suburban #1404. He will chronicle his journey of restoring this fine piece of American Bus Transportation History on this website.
